Center for Evidence-Based Psychiatry
The Center for Evidence-Based Psychiatry (CEBP) is anchored in the Psychiatric Research Unit. Professor Ole Jakob Storebø is head of the center.
Vision
CEBP must contribute to evidence becoming a clearer focal point for prevention work, diagnostics and treatment in Psychiatry in Region Zealand and nationally. In the 10-year plan for psychiatry, adopted by the political parties and the government, there is focus on research and development. Among other things, the importance of people with mental disorders receiving high-quality interventions is emphasized.
The center's primary tasks
- Preparation of systematic reviews, scoping reviews, rapid reviews, umbrella reviews, IPD meta-analyses and possibly network meta-analyses.
- Teaching and advice on systematic reviews, scoping reviews, rapid reviews, umbrella reviews, IPD meta-analysis and possibly network meta-analysis.
- Advising the region's researchers when planning randomized clinical trials.
- Developing clinical guidelines.

The center supports the work of the Competence centers in psychiatry through the development of systematic reviews.
